If you miss one or more practice days, you are required to make up these days at a later time.

In accordance with our regulations, you must schedule your catch-up day within two weeks of the missed day. 

Example:
If you are absent on 10 September 2025, you have until 24 September to arrange a catch-up day in the future.

Important

You are not permitted to start your next practice module if you have not completed the practice requirements from the previous year. To avoid study delays, it is essential that you plan and complete your catch-up days on time.

 

If you are unable to make up your missed days during the semester, or if you need to repeat your practice due to a withdrawal or other personal circumstances, you may re-do your practice during Module 5. 

To use this option, you must request in advance by sending an email to pf.hr@nhlstenden.com.

Module 5 Catch-up Period 2025/26 (expected periods, not confirmed yet) 

  • 22 June 2026 – 19 July 2026 (4 weeks)
  • 17 August 2026 – 30 August 2026 (2 weeks)

Note: NHL Stenden, Notiz Hotel, and Restaurant Wannee will be closed for 4 weeks. This means re-doer’s needs to plan wisely their summer holidays! 😊
